Roles and Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
- Identify new business opportunities in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, tier suppliers, and distributors.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical details.
Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with engineering and production teams to align offerings with customer requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance for client projects.
Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Finalize deals and ensure compliance with company policies.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service
- Address client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback to improve product offerings and services.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and customer communication records.
- Provide insights for continuous improvement and strategic planning.
