Business Development Officer

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Officer with hands-on experience in securing and managing Government Projects . The ideal candidate should have expertise in construction, building, and supply works and should be capable of handling billing and payment processes with government departments . Additionally, the candidate must have the ability to bring IT-related projects, health supply contracts, civil work, and other government-related projects. The candidate is expected to generate a minimum of ₹10 Crore business annually. After a successful 3-month probation period , the candidate will be considered for a permanent position in the company Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure Government Projects in construction, building, supply work, IT, health, and civil domains . Handle the complete process of billing, documentation, and fund recovery from Government Departments. Develop business strategies to meet and exceed the ₹10 Crore revenue target annually . Maintain relationships with Government officials, contractors, and procurement departments to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and submit tenders, bids, and proposals for various government projects. Ensure compliance with government regulations, contract terms, and procurement policies . Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships . Travel across Madhya Pradesh for meetings, site visits, and project-related work. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5+ years in business development, especially in government projects. Expertise in: Construction, Building, and Supply Work Government Procurement & Billing IT-related Projects, Health Supply, Civil Work Strong ability to recover payments from government department Language Skills:Fluent in English and Hindi (written & spoken). Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Email communication, Tender Portals, and Government E-Procurement platforms . Willingness to travel extensively across MP .
