Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Chennai

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting our educational programs, generating leads, building partnerships with institutions, counseling prospective students, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Fluency in Tamil and English is essential. Experience in EdTech or educational sales will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively identify and engage with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our courses and drive enrollments.
  • Institutional Outreach & Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to expand our outreach network.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct local market research to understand student needs, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to fine-tune our business strategy.
  • Student Counseling & Conversion: Guide prospective students and their parents on course offerings, admission processes, and assist them through successful enrollment.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, playing a key role in the company’s overall growth.
  • Event Coordination & Brand Promotion: Represent the brand at education fairs, workshops, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and student engagement.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and generate periodic sales performance reports.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or admissions—preferably in the EdTech, education, or training sectors.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media promotion will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
