Business Development Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our Craft Hospital team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare industry. This role requires extensive travel, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ownership of a two-wheeler is mandatory
• Open to Male and Female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and partners
• Conduct regular field visits and market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
