Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Blood Bank Technician to join our medical team at Craft Hospital Kodungallur Kerala . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in blood collection, processing, storage, and transfusion services, with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety. Requirements: B.Sc MLT or DMLT (DME) as qualification. 1 year or more experience in blood bank is mandatory. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Responsibilities: Perform blood collection, grouping, cross-matching, and component separation. Ensure proper labelling, storage, and inventory management of blood and components. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor and ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene, and infection control standards. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and external blood donors/organizations when required. Participate in audits, inspections, and quality control processes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
