• Experience in sales operations: quotation preparation, PO processing, documentation
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and map them to BI solutions
• End-to-end software sales experience (lead generation to closure) is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive full sales cycles for Tableau licenses and BI services
2. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers via calls, emails, networking, and events
3. Meet and engage with CXOs/decision-makers to pitch BI solutions
4. Understand client needs and propose BI/analytics solutions
5. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure ongoing engagement
6. Conduct product demos and prepare pitch presentations
7. Prepare quotations, proposals, and handle all sales documentation
8. Manage PO processing, invoicing, and sales paperwork
9. Maintain updated CRM entries and sales pipeline
10. Travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events

Experience

• 1 - 3 years in Software / ERP / B2B Sales
• Experience in BI / Tech / SaaS preferred

Language Requirement

• Must know Tamil & English
• Hindi is an added advantage
