Business Development Officer (BDO)

As a Business Development Officer in the UPVC Doors & Windows industry, your role will involve creating and developing new accounts, strengthening existing customer relationships, and assessing the product portfolio to align with customer needs. You will work closely with the product development and marketing teams to analyze market conditions, competitors" strategies, and suggest solutions to drive sales targets for the franchise. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving initiatives and achieving sales targets for the Franchise - Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction - Providing leadership in your territory to enhance the brand's presence - Educating key Builders, Architects, and Sr. Architects about the company's products - Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Contributing to preparing the Monthly Sales Target - Reporting to the Franchise Owner and BDM of the Territory To be successful in this role, you should have: - 1 to 2 years of experience in the same industry or building material - Good listening and probing skills - Quick learning ability - Engaging and confident personality - Self-motivation and teamwork - Time management and prioritization skills - Strategic thinking ability - Willingness to travel at least 15 days from the base location, around 200 Kms Your primary focus will be on handling the Franchise Unit Sales, meeting sales targets, interacting with clients, preparing quotations, and closing deals. This position is in the Fabrication, Construction & Engineering industry, within the Sales & Business Development functional area. The salary criteria for this role range between 18k to 20k Plus TA, DA, and Petrol Allowance from the Franchise Part. Immediate joiners or those with a 15-day notice period are preferable.
