Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager in the UPVC Doors & Windows industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Creating and developing new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers. - Assessing the product portfolio to align with customer needs and market trends, collaborating with product development and marketing teams. - Analyzing performance, market conditions, and competitors" strategies to propose and implement solutions. - Driving initiatives to meet sales targets and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Providing leadership in your territory to enhance the brand's presence. - Educating key Builders, Architects, and Sr. Architects about the company's products and features. - Achieving and exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets. - Contributing to the Monthly Sales Forecast and Annual Business Plan for your territory. - Participating in local exhibitions, promotion campaigns, and product training programs. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the UPVC Doors & Windows industry or Building Material sector. - Any Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for developing new Franchise Units, generating a new customer base, and managing 3 to 4 Franchise Units along with their Business Development Officers. The salary range for this position is between 25k to 30K Plus TA, DA, and Petrol Allowance. Preferable immediate joiners or those with a notice period of 15 days are encouraged to apply.
