Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in the UPVC Doors & Windows industry, your role will involve creating and developing new accounts, as well as strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for assessing the product portfolio to align with customer needs, analyzing market conditions and competitors" strategies, and driving sales initiatives to meet targets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and developing new accounts - Strengthening relationships with existing customers - Assessing and aligning product portfolio with customer needs - Analyzing market conditions and competitors" strategies - Driving sales initiatives and targets - Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction - Providing leadership in your territory - Educating Builders, Architects, and Sr. Architects about the company's products - Achieving and exceeding sales targets - Contributing to sales forecasts and business plans - Participating in exhibitions, campaigns, and training programs To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the same industry or building material sector. Additionally, you should possess the following skills: - Good listening and probing skills - Quick learning ability - Engaging and confident personality - Self-motivated and a team player - Strong time management and prioritization skills - Ability to think strategically - Willingness to travel (at least 15 days from base location, around 200 Kms) Your role will involve developing new franchise units, generating a new customer base, and handling 3 to 4 franchise units along with their Business Development Officers. The industry type is Fabrication, Construction & Engineering in the functional area of Sales & Business Development. The salary range for this position is between 25k to 30k, plus TA, DA, and Petrol Allowance. The preferable notice period for joining is immediate or negotiable up to 15 days.
