Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Officer with a minimum of 3 years of agency experience to help us scale revenue, acquire new clients, and achieve ambitious sales targets. The right candidate will bring strong sales acumen, a proven track record, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through research, networking, calls, emails, and referrals
  • Manage end-to-end client acquisition: prospecting → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Develop customized proposals, sales decks, and compelling pitches
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, tech) to deliver on promises
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare regular sales reports
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategy

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of sales/business development experience in a digital marketing/advertising agency
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social, paid ads, websites, branding)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident in handling CXO-level conversations and closing deals
  • Strong pipeline management & familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent

KPIs

  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Monthly/quarterly revenue generated
  • Lead-to-deal conversion ratio
  • Average deal size
  • Repeat/retained business revenue

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,291.82 - ₹30,000.00 per month
