Business Development Officer (BDO)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a proactive approach to client interaction, and a passion for closing deals. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls effectively.
• Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable advertising solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and build strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Proven ability to close sales, with a confident and professional phone presence.
• Good computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in business development or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is considered a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong target-driven and goal-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
