Role - Sr. Business Development Executive

Location: Noida Sector 126

Mode: Work From Office

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Professional to lead staffing sales in the domestic market. The role involves driving new client acquisition, managing key accounts, and expanding our staffing & recruitment business footprint. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in staffing sales, a strong network with HR/Procurement leaders, and the ability to deliver on revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in staffing and workforce solutions across India.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CHROs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers, Hiring Managers).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Develop account strategies and grow existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with recruitment & delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets as per business plans.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, networking events, and client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3 - 6 years in staffing sales / workforce solutions sales (domestic market).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT/Non-IT staffing or recruitment services.
  • Strong client network with HR & Procurement leaders in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and market understanding of staffing industry trends.
