AI Development engineer

The primary responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing high-performance, production-grade Python code for AI applications in adherence to organizational standards. You will be tasked with optimizing machine learning algorithms and models to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability in production environments. Collaboration with data scientists is key to translating prototype models into robust, maintainable, and scalable code. Your duties will also involve developing reusable code libraries, frameworks, and tools to accelerate AI development across the organization. Implementation of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration practices for AI systems is a crucial aspect of this role. Working closely with MLOps engineers will be necessary to ensure the smooth deployment and integration of AI systems into production environments. As part of this position, you will be expected to establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for AI development. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and developer skills will also be part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in AI applications and systems will require your attention. Staying current with the latest advancements in software engineering and AI technologies is essential.
