Business Development Managers

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing various sources of agent hiring and recruiting a team of Agents in locations across Madhya Pradesh like Indore, Gwalior, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Ratlam, Neemach, Raigarh, etc. Your role will involve ensuring product knowledge through Company's training methods and conducting field demonstrations. Working closely with Agents to plan and review activities and goals, you will be expected to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans. Additionally, you will need to maintain the Company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to business norms. Key Responsibilities: - Hold periodical customer meetings to understand customers" pulse and product needs. - Respond to customer queries satisfactorily according to Company standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for partner engagement and development. - Identify skills and knowledge gaps in partners, and provide training and development opportunities. - Monitor partner performance against key metrics and goals. - Prepare and compile sales activities conducted by the advisors, and conduct regular reviews to meet the given sales target. Qualifications Required: - Full-time and permanent job types experience. - Proficiency in day shift scheduling. - Knowledge of benefits like health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. - Ability to work in person at the specified location in Madhya Pradesh.,
