As a successful candidate for this position, you will be responsible for developing various sources of agent hiring and recruiting a team of Agents across Madhya Pradesh, including locations like Indore, Gwalior, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Ratlam, Neemach, Raigarh, and more. Your primary tasks will include ensuring product knowledge through company-provided training and field demonstrations, working closely with Agents to plan and review activities and goals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans. You will be expected to maintain the Company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to business norms while holding regular customer meetings to understand their needs and concerns. Timely response to customer queries in accordance with Company standards is crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for partner engagement and assess skills and knowledge gaps among Agents, providing necessary training and development opportunities. Monitoring partner performance against key metrics and goals, preparing and compiling sales activities conducted by advisors, and conducting regular reviews to meet sales targets will be part of your routine responsibilities.
