Join our growing team at SentientGeeks! We are looking for a goal driven Business Development Manager/Executive to scale new heights.

Job Location: Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 3 years of proven Business Development experience in IT services.

· Hands-on experience with UpWork bidding and / or in LinkedIn outreach, and Sales Navigator for lead generation.

· Demonstrated ability in lead generation, enterprise-level sales, and deal closure.

· Strong professional network and industry connections in relevant markets.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and convert new business opportunities related to web development, mobile development, e-commerce, digital marketing etc. services.

· Execute on-call sales and warm calling strategies to engage prospective clients and assess their needs.

· Use platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Sales Navigator to generate high-quality leads.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

· Conduct in-depth market research to identify new client segments and stay ahead of industry trends.

· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, sales presentations, and business pitches tailored to client goals.

· Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, track progress, and update CRM tools for visibility and forecasting.

· Coordinate with Business Analyst, sales team, stakeholders.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and ensure deliverables align with client satisfaction.

· Proactively address client queries, concerns, and feedback to foster long-term partnerships.
