Company Name: C3S Business School Website: www.csss.es Designation: Admission Officer Location: Ahmedabad Salary: No bar for the right candidate Notice: Immediate Joining Responsibilities As part of the ADMISSION OFFICER role, you will work on: • Manage the complete process for the international Student enrollment from lead enquiry to successful admission. • Delivery of admissions targets for the Given Intake • Weekly reporting of all admissions (international and local) to your Marketing Manager • Ensuring that the requirements for admissions are implemented and followed • Frequent reviews of the admissions process, putting forward recommendations to the Marketing and Admissions Director for improvements. • Work with the Local & Abroad Admissions Managers to deliver high-quality material to admissions and ongoing engagement –for example, student packs and promotion material, etc. • Calling students from the list of given Leads. • Convincing students for enrolment. • Provide clarifications to students’ queries in a professional manner. • Follow up with students for any enquiries through live chat, phone calls, and emails. • Advise students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved. • Provide assistance with recruitment activities, student interviews, admission publications, and information sessions. • Provide assistance to the students until the successful enrolment. • Review all the students’ applications and refer the students to financial services personnel if required. • Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees. • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs, and student feedback in order to generate student reports for management whenever required. • Provide support to the Senior Admission Counsellor when needed. • Sometimes working according to the different time zone of the international students. PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: • Excellent communication skills: The admission officer must talk to students of students for admissions over the phone. Therefore, you must develop strong communication skills (both written and verbal), so that a justifiable role can be exhibited in this field. • Profound analytical and objection-handling skills: The admission process needs proper analysis and evaluation of students' performance; therefore, your ability to use your analytical skills can result in the selection of potential students for the organization. Students may come up with many queries and objections. One must have the skill to convince people with excellent knowledge of the product and objection-handling skills. • Time management skills: The admission officers have to work on targets so prioritize of work, and follow up withthe right students and management of time is required. • Organized behavior: Your organized behavior can significantly help you to manage all your responsibilities in a systematic manner. • Sales Skill: This is an admission through a telephonic call. So, High sales skill is required. PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION • University Degree. • High level of English (Proficiency) • Dynamic person with high communication skills (both written and oral). • Knowledge of analytics tools • Relevant experience in an international environment is recommended. • Former experience/background in Sales is highly recommended. • Result-oriented with a good track record of growing and nurturing business • Dynamic and great work ethic. • Extrovert, good PR and socializing skills.
