Motion Graphics & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for various platforms (Social Media, YouTube, Website, Advertisements, etc.).
• Create and incorporate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Add music, voiceovers, SFX, dialogues, lower thirds, and graphic elements as per project needs.
• Work closely with creative briefs, scripts, and storyboards to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure videos align with the brand’s tone, guidelines, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams on content deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, motion graphics, and digital content creation.
• Optimize video content for various formats/aspect ratios (Reels, Shorts, 16:9, 9:16, etc.).
• Maintain organized project files and ensure proper backups.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

Must Have:

• Adobe Premiere Pro – Video Editing
• Adobe After Effects – Motion Graphics & Animation
• Adobe Photoshop – Image Editing
• Adobe Illustrator – Vector & Graphic Assets
• Adobe Media Encoder – Rendering & Exporting

Good to Have:

• DaVinci Resolve – Color Grading
• Blender or Cinema 4D – 3D Motion Graphics (Bonus)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Multimedia, Animation, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in video editing & motion graphics.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work (mandatory).
