Job Designation: Business Development Manager/Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: 25000-30000

Experience: 4-5 Yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate upcoming government tenders relevant to the company’s domain.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pre-bid planning, documentation, and compliance.
• Liaise with government departments and officials for relationship building and networking.
• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and prepare bid strategies.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and ensure timely submission of bids.
• Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submission records, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with technical and finance teams for cost estimation and proposal development.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to refine bidding strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Business Administration.
• 4–5 years of experience in business development or tender management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software.
• Ability to travel locally for meetings and site visits.
