Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Business Development Manager/Executive, located in Ernakulam. The Business Development Manager/Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, building relationships with potential clients, and managing client accounts. They will also be required to conduct market research, analyze competitors, prepare reports, and participate in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in developing sales strategies and identifying business opportunities
Strong relationship-building skills and client management abilities
Proficient in market research and competitor analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prepare detailed reports and participate in marketing initiatives
Relevant experience in finance or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
