Business Development Manager/Executive

As a Business Development Manager/Executive at Whatnext Overseas, a premier overseas education consultancy, your role will involve identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with educational institutions and organizations. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, conducting detailed market research, and consistently achieving set business development and partnership targets. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, represent the organization at industry events, and deliver persuasive proposals will be crucial to the success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with educational institutions and organizations. - Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders. - Conduct detailed market research to analyze industry trends and monitor competitor activities. - Consistently achieve and exceed set business development and partnership targets. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives. - Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and forums. - Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective partners. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline. - Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role. - Experience in the overseas education industry is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management abilities. - Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team. - Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel frequently as required.
