Business Development Manager (Property Acquisition)** *Location:Kochi *About the Role:* Drive Willostays’ expansion by sourcing exclusive luxury vacation homes across India. You’ll convert high-potential property owners into partners, ensuring our portfolio reflects unparalleled quality and authenticity. *You’ll Own:* Identifying, pitching, and onboarding premium vacation homes in target destinations. Negotiating win-win contracts with property owners (commission models). Building a pipeline of luxury villas, heritage homes, and boutique estates. Ensuring properties meet Willostays’ design, amenity, and experience standards. *You Bring:* Flawless *Hindi & English proficiency* (written/spoken). 1+ years in *sales/business development* (real estate, hospitality, or luxury sectors preferred). Proven skill in *persuasive pitching, negotiation, and relationship building*. Ability to research markets and identify high-value properties.
