Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business through

  Upwork bidding

  for Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web, Performance Marketing, etc.)
• Identify and analyze client requirements and prepare

  custom proposals

• Handleend-to-end sales cycle

  : lead generation ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure
• Communicate with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Europe)
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure accurate requirement handover
• Maintain

  CRM records

  , pipelines, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  revenue and closure targets

• Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  Upwork bidding and profile management

• Strong understanding ofDigital Marketing services

• Excellent written and verbalEnglish communication skills

• Ability to handleinternational clients

  independently
• Experience with proposal writing, pricing, and negotiations
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
• Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience on platforms like

  Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr (B2B)

• Prior experience in IT / Digital Marketing agency

• Understanding of RevOps or CRM-based sales processes
