Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM-Upwork at Webguruz Technologies Pvt Ltd, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The BDM-Upwork will be responsible for managing and generating business opportunities on Upwork, conducting market research, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. The individual will also track project progress, ensure client satisfaction, and identify new areas for business development. Qualifications Experience with Upwork and other freelance platformsSkills in creating proposals, negotiations, and contract managementStrong research abilities and market analysis skillsProject management and client relationship management experienceExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of an on-site teamExperience in the IT services industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
