Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in Upwork at Webguruz Technologies Pvt Ltd. The position is located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through Upwork, generating leads, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitive analysis. Qualifications Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship managementFamiliarity with Upwork and other freelancing platformsStrong proposal writing and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to research market trends and conduct competitive analysisProactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in IT services industry is a plus
