Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, developing strategic plans, managing client accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The Business Development Manager will also lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and oversee the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship building
  • Expertise in market research, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, account management, and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
