Location: USA Remote (servicing USA, Dubai & India markets)

Shift Options (IST):

  • Shift A: 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM (1-hour break included)
  • Shift B: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (1-hour break included)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Sourcing & Sales: Identify and engage leads in the USA, Dubai, and India; manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct professional virtual outreach—via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling—as well as pitch presentations.
  • Digital & Organic Outreach: Build pipelines using email campaigns, LinkedIn strategies, and organic funnels to drive quality leads.
  • Content Creation: Develop sales presentations, scripts, and short-form video content to enhance branding and conversion strategies.
  • Team Mentoring: Train and guide interns or junior staff to optimize outreach and sales pipeline effectiveness.
  • Process Enhancement: Analyze and refine lead-to-conversion funnels to consistently improve performance.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with marketing, operations, and sales teams to drive coordinated business development efforts.


Qualifications

  • Experience: ~3 to 5+ years in business development,

    USA IT sales,

    Marketing & Branding Services Sales in USA Market

  • Sales Proficiency: Strong track record in full-cycle sales and deal closing.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong client presentation capabilities.
  • Global Acumen: Experience with—or adaptable to—environments in the USA, Dubai, and India.
  • Shift Flexibility: Available for either of the two specified shifts (11:30 AM–9:30 PM or 5:30 PM–3:30 AM IST).
  • Content Skills: Capable of creating visual, written, and video-based marketing materials.
  • Leadership: Comfortable mentoring junior staff and building team capability.
  • Research & Analysis: Proficient in market and competitor analysis.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, results-oriented, Sales Targets and driven toward achieving

    Monthly Sales targets.

  • Lead Generation experience, Sales Closing Experience in USA Market, and achieving Monthly Sales Target

  • Knowledge of IT services, Digital marketing and consulting industry
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
