As a Business Development Manager at Talentsouls, your role will involve driving direct client acquisition in the U.S. and positioning Talentsouls as a trusted partner for global recruiting support. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively reaching out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads. - Building a strong pipeline of U.S.-based companies needing leadership and strategic talent across global markets. - Presenting Talentsouls" global recruiting capabilities and building customized solutions for leadership hiring. - Partnering with internal sourcing teams in the U.S., India, and Mexico to co-develop client proposals and delivery models. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales within recruiting, executive search, staffing, or HR solutions. - Proven success in cold calling and building direct client relationships for leadership and mid-management hiring. - Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage senior decision-makers with confidence. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to build and grow client relationships from the ground up. This role offers a shift in the US Shift and is fully remote, providing flexibility in work hours and location.,
