Roles and Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.

Partner and sign new clients in the US market and get job requisitions in the Technology/ Medical / Finance hiring across the US Market in a Direct Client Method.
Onboard US based Enterprise Organizations looking to outsource recruitments to a Recruitment firm
Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand services offered to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in US staffing or recruitment agency management.
Proven track record of success in direct client acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of W2/VMS compliance requirements for US IT staffing.
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
