Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and preparing and delivering compelling presentations to potential customers. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and creating strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. Managing contracts, collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to identify prospects, close deals, and build client relationships
  • Experience in market research, business analysis, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage client accounts
  • Familiarity with the integrated facility management services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet business objectives
