💰 Salary: ₹ 4 LPA + Lucrative Incentives
🎓 Qualification: MBA (Preferred)
📅 Experience: 3-5 Years in the Education Industry (K-12, EdTech, Preschools, or Coaching Institutes)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive admissions growth and execute business expansion strategies for Udayan Group of Schools in Patna
✅ Build strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and institutional partners
✅ Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
✅ Lead branding, outreach & engagement initiatives to enhance school visibility
✅ Achieve sales & revenue targets through strategic partnerships
