Role & responsibilities Responsible for handling sales operations across the entire South India region. Lead and manage a team of 56 Sales Officers to achieve sales targets. Drive both primary and secondary sales for sports and gym accessories. Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective channel management. Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement in all territories. Expand market reach through new distributor appointments and retail coverage. Analyze competitor activities and provide actionable market insights. Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product visibility. Provide regular reports on sales, market trends, and team performance. Travel extensively across South Zone to support field teams and build networks. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 8-12 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, sports equipment, fitness accessories, or consumer durables. Proven experience in managing large territories and sales teams. Strong distributor/channel management experience is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the South Zone.
