Job Description

Knowledge of conventional process/ machines ( sewing machines, cutting machines, label printing, thread cutting machines) Knowledge of different types of sewing machines, stitchtypes, threads, needles, printing machines. Knowledge of fabrics( types, Industrial Application, manufacturing process, specification , properties of fabrics, quality testing) Knowledge of manufacturing process, specification and properties of fabrics Knowledge of consumables (threads, needles) Knowledge of techniques(stitch type) Knowledge of documentation for new product launch(PFMEA, Control Plan, Process parameter sheet, Pilot lot document, Process validation, SOP) Productionization - New Product and Product Design Change, Timely launch of New products, design change, On Time Launch-NPD , 10X & 5X
