This role goes beyond sales, you’ll be shaping the direction of the company, leading initiatives, and ensuring we meet and exceed our growth targets.

Your Role:

• Lead the overall business growth strategy of Eagle Exped
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the travel and adventure industry
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, clients, and collaborators
• Guide the team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Oversee sales operations, partnerships, and brand development initiatives
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and performance tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in travel, hospitality, or adventure sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to set and achieve measurable goals
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership
• Based in or willing to relocate to
