Job Title: Business Development Manager – US Staffing (IT/Non-IT)

About the Role

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard
new direct clients, Implementation partners, Tier-1 or MSP/VMS accounts
in the US staffing market.
Develop and maintain
strong client relationships
, ensuring repeat business and account growth.
Generate revenue from
self-built accounts
by offering tailored staffing solutions.
Understand client requirements (both IT and Non-IT) and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver the right talent.
Create and execute business development strategies to
meet or exceed revenue targets
.
Handle
RFP/RFQ submissions, negotiations, and contract closures
.
Work closely with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure
timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements
.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to drive
continuous improvement
.
Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to management on business progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of proven business development experience
in US Staffing (IT and/or Non-IT).
Strong network and ability to
generate revenue through self-built accounts
.
Demonstrated success in acquiring
new clients
and growing existing accounts.
Strong understanding of the
US Staffing ecosystem
(Direct Clients, VMS/MSP models, Tier-1, Implementation Partners, IT & Non-IT verticals).
Excellent skills in
negotiation, communication, and relationship management
.
Ability to work in a
target-driven, fast-paced environment
.
Familiarity with staffing industry tools, ATS, and CRM systems.
