Job Title: Tier-1 Business Development Manager - US Staffing Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (Full Onsite) Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a Business Development Manager with proven experience in working with Direct Tier-1 Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality job requisitions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients, specifically Tier-1 Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners . Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendor contacts to maximize placement opportunities. Manage the end-to-end business development lifecycle – from prospecting to closure and account management. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality submissions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job requirements in CRM tools. Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and contribute to revenue growth. Stay updated with industry trends, rate benchmarks, and vendor needs. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing Business Development or Account Management. Proven track record of generating and growing direct client/vendor relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
