Job Description

Business Development Manager – US IT & Non-IT Staffing

Note:

Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within
direct clients, system integrators, Tier-1 and MSP programs
across the US.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and sustained growth.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver quality staffing solutions aligned with client needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue goals.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging business trends and target accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present proposals, capability decks, and business presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
3–6 years of proven experience in US IT and Non-IT staffing business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to plan strategically and execute successfully.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
