Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients, specifically

  Tier-1 Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendor contacts to maximize placement opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end business development lifecycle – from prospecting to closure and account management.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job requirements in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, rate benchmarks, and vendor needs.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience

  in US IT Staffing Business Development or Account Management.
• Proven track record of generating and growing direct client/vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
