Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating strategies to drive growth and revenue. Responsibilities include market analysis, developing sales goals, coordinating with marketing teams, presenting business solutions to potential clients, and negotiating contracts. The role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients to promote Taxpert Pro ACC’s training programs and services.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Sales Planning, Market Analysis, and Strategic Thinking abilities
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the education or training sector
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the accounting or financial training industry would be an advantage
