Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Kochi. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, offering career counseling, and providing training and educational support to students. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with employers, organizing placement activities, and guiding students in their career paths to successfully secure job opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in providing Training and Education
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and foster a supportive environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the accounting or education sector is a plus
