Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty Lecturer role based in Kochi. The Faculty Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and facilitating practical training sessions in accounting, auditing, and financial management. The role requires the development and preparation of course materials, evaluating students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring students to help them meet their academic and professional goals. Collaboration with the team to continuously upgrade and enhance the curriculum is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

Expertise in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Management
Proficiency in delivering lectures and creating engaging training materials
Demonstrated ability in mentoring, coaching, and student progress evaluation
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and accounting regulations
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CA) are an advantage
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, tax software)
Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred
