Job Title: HR Faculty Location: Kochi, Kerala Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Faculty to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Human Resource Management subjects and guiding students through practical and theoretical concepts. Key Responsibilities: Teach HR subjects such as recruitment, training, labor laws, and performance management Prepare lesson plans and conduct lectures Support students with projects and assignments Stay updated with current HR trends and practices Assist in curriculum development and student evaluations Requirements: MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field Good communication and teaching skills Passion for mentoring and training students Previous teaching or industry experience in HR is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Location: Kochi, Kerala (Required) Work Location: In person
