We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Associate to help facilitate the admissions process by engaging with prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Engagement with Prospective Students: Make outbound calls to provided leads to discuss educational programs, answer questions, and address concerns. Admissions Support: Guide prospective students through the admission process, ensuring they have the necessary information and support. Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to encourage enrollment and provide updates on the admission process. Data Management: Accurately record and maintain all communications and admissions data in the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
