Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Faculty role based in Kozhikode. The HR Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering HR-related course content, providing engaging and student-centered educational experiences, conducting assessments, and supporting student development. Additionally, the HR Faculty will stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to ensure relevance and excellence in teaching. Collaborating with the team to innovate the curriculum and engage with the academic community is a vital aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resource Management theories, practices, and trends
• Proficiency in curriculum development and preparation of teaching materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
• Experience in conducting assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Ability to stay updated with industry changes and incorporate them into course content
• Relevant experience in HR education or corporate HR training is highly advantageous
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
