Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Faculty , located in Kozhikode. The HR Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive HR-related courses, mentoring students, and developing practical training programs. Key responsibilities include providing academic instruction, preparing learning materials, assessing student performance, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management principles and practices, including employee relations and recruitment.
Proficiency in teaching, training, and instructional design, along with excellent classroom management skills.
Analytical and research abilities to incorporate real-world HR case studies and industry insights into teaching.
Effective communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to engage and inspire students.
Professional certifications in HR or a related field are advantageous.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2-3 year experience in HR field
Prior academic or professional experience in a similar role is a plus.
