We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager

identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution
• Achieve and exceed set business growth targets

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
• Proven ability to design and implement revenue growth strategies
• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
• Market research and data-driven decision-making experience
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Prior exposure to the

  tax, finance, or outsourcing

  industry is a plus
• Confident, self-driven, and comfortable in a client-facing role
