Accounting Analyst

(Open to candidates with strong accounting knowledge, preferably experience with CA firms, not mandatory to be a qualified CA)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and confident accounting professional to join our team. The role involves handling taxation, compliance, and accounting functions with accuracy and responsibility. Ideal for candidates who have experience working with CA firms or accounting roles, even if they have not completed CA.

We value confidence and clear communication – strong English is not mandatory, but you should be able to express yourself well, handle tasks independently, and interact confidently with clients or team members.

We also encourage confident and well-educated freshers or candidates from any professional background who believe they have strong skills, communication, or confidence to take up a role with us.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, Income Tax filings, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for accounting and compliance needs.
• Support in audits, assessments, and related documentation.
• Stay updated on basic changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout.
• Experience: 1+ years in an accounting/taxation role preferred, preferably with CA firm experience.

Knowledge of:

• GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance
• Accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks etc.)
• MS Excel & Word (basic to intermediate)

Communication:

• Must be confident and presentable.
• English skills are optional – candidates should either:
• Communicate clearly and confidently in any language, or
• Have solid accounting work experience to back their role.
