Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to support our global finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful forecasting, strategic budgeting, and tax compliance. You will oversee the organization's treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, financial risk management, and capital structure to support strategic growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to contribute to a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment.
• Able to send all types of emails to clients & internal
• Capable of working on complex tasks within the department.
• Skill to juggle multiple workflows and priorities
• Good understanding of all processes of the department and auditing
• Direct Communication with Client/External parties
• Managing a minimum of 3 team members

Key Skills:

• Understanding of Global Financial Reporting ( IFRS/GAAP)
• Closely working with the CFO
• Support to Budgeting, Cashflow Forecasting
• Financial Report Analysis
• Tax Compliance & Support
• Advance Excel

Qualifications and Experience

• ACCA /CA Dropout / CMA
• Min 3-5 years in the KPO Accounting industry, Experience in International software like Xero/QB/MYOB/Netsuite & other third-party software.
• Good academic track record and understanding of Accounting concepts
• Self-motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency and accuracy
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Good grasping and analytical skills
• Able to provide support to the team and review the work before sending it to the client
• Ability to work closely with the global team

  Gandhinagar (Gift City)

• Office Timings:

  7.30 am to 4.30 pm (Monday to Saturday).
• First, Third, and Fifth Saturday Off
