We're Hiring | Business Development Manager – Structural Steel Fabrication Location: Mumbai / Delhi Tata nexarc | A Tata Group Company Are you passionate about B2B growth and creating impact through structured steel solutions? Join us in building India's next-gen ecosystem! What You’ll Do: Drive business development for large-scale structural steel fabrication projects Target EPCs, OEMs, and asset owners across capex-heavy sectors Build a significant order pipeline, lead high-stakes negotiations, and manage turnkey deals Shape the industry narrative at events, tenders, and trade forums What We’re Looking For: 10–15 years of proven experience in heavy structural steel sales/ fabrication Strong technical acumen in engineering drawings & manufacturing processes Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in estimation, bidding & contract closure Excellent network in EPCs, infra, oil & gas, or renewable sectors Be part of a high-growth, high-impact Tata venture redefining MSME procurement across India.
