Job Description

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across

    EV OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, gigafactories, and automation integrators

  • Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with business growth objectives

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand manufacturing challenges and automation needs
  • Present solution concepts, value propositions, ROI models, and process improvement benefits

Technical & Proposal Coordination

  • Collaborate with engineering, costing, and project teams to develop

    technical-commercial proposals

    (TC, BOQ, layouts, solution concepts)
  • Lead

    RFQ/RFP evaluations, negotiations, and commercial discussions

Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

  • Track

    EV manufacturing and automation trends

    , competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Provide market insights to support solution development and sales positioning

Sales Closure & Revenue Delivery

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle:

    lead generation → solution presentation → design review → negotiation → order closure

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets


🔹 Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

  • EV manufacturing and assembly automation
  • Robotics and PLC-based automation solutions
  • Battery pack and module assembly lines
  • Testing systems (EOL testing, leakage testing, safety & functional testing)
  • MES and Industry 4.0 concepts (preferred)

Business & Commercial Skills

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing capabilities
  • Ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers
  • Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset


🔹 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics

    , or related discipline
  • MBA in

    Sales / Marketing

    (preferred)
  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in industrial automation, EV, or automotive capital equipment sales
